| Compatibility of Soluryl 120
| | Soluryl 120 is compatible with most common emulsions. Dilution with glycols, glycol ethers and alchols is excellent. | | Applications |
Pigment grinding vehicle
Polymer surfactant for emulsion
Coating materials for water based OPV
| Solution Preparation and Solution Properties
| The following formulations are offered as starting points of making resin solutions. The resin should be cut under atgitation by high-speed mixers. Although Soluryl-120 will dissolve ant room temperature, the solution process can be greatly accelerated by use of warm water up to 70°C| Soluryl-120 | 30.0 | 30.0 | | DW | 62.8 | 62.8 | | Ammonia Water (28%) | 7.2 | - | | Monoethanolamine | - | 7.2 | | pH | 8.5 | 8.7 | | Viscositity, cps(25°C,Brookfield) | 1,600 | 2,500 |
